Trace every lot. Recall in hours, not days.

Connect lot codes, packaging hierarchies and shipping events across food and beverage production and distribution. Movilitas.Cloud gives producers, co-packers and distributors one operational layer for the traceability records that retailers, regulators and consumers increasingly expect, from the production line to the store shelf.

Fast-moving products need fast, complete records.

Food and beverage products move in high volumes, often with short shelf lives and temperature requirements. When a contamination or quality issue arises, regulators and retailers expect companies to identify affected lots and their customers within hours. New rules such as the U.S. Food Traceability Rule (FSMA 204) turn that expectation into a recordkeeping obligation for every company that handles listed foods.

Lot data scattered across sites slows every recall.

Lot codes, packing data and shipping records often sit in line systems, warehouse tools and spreadsheets at different sites and partners. When an issue arises, teams spend days reconstructing which pallets went where, and recalls end up broader and costlier than they need to be.

One cloud layer links every lot to every movement.

Movilitas.Cloud connects production, packaging and logistics events to the same record, so you can see which lots were packed into which cases and pallets, and where each one was shipped.

Turn lot codes into actionable supply-chain events.

Use modular applications and integrations to support the traceability processes your products require, without replacing the production and enterprise systems already in place.

Lot & batch traceability

Keep lot codes, production dates and best-before data connected to every packaging level.

Serialized packaging

Apply unique identifiers to cases, pallets or premium consumer units where brand protection matters.

Packaging & aggregation

Capture hierarchy events from consumer units through cases and pallets, including packing, unpacking and relabeling.

Shipping & receiving

Record inbound and outbound movements at the right packaging level with a mobile scan.

Partner connectivity

Exchange lot, identifier and event data with co-packers, ingredient suppliers and distributors.

Recall & investigation

Find affected lots, containers and customers quickly when a question or exception arises.

Keep the record intact from production to shelf.

Movilitas.Cloud connects the sites, systems and partners that produce, pack, move and receive food and beverage products.

Produce

Create lot and production events on the line.

Pack

Record consumer units and cases against their lot.

Aggregate

Build traceable case and pallet hierarchies.

Ship

Record each movement to the next partner.

Receive

Confirm arrival at warehouses, retailers and foodservice.

One platform. Different traceability responsibilities.

01

Food & beverage producers

Connect production lines, packaging and enterprise systems so every shipment leaves with complete lot and movement data.

02

Co-packers & contract manufacturers

Produce on behalf of brand owners while sharing lot data, aggregation data and production results through a controlled partnership.

03

Distributors & cold-chain logistics

Scan inbound and outbound deliveries, handle mixed pallets and keep lot-level movement records complete.

04

Importers & exporters

Keep traceability records intact when products cross borders and change hands between markets.

Are investigational products required to be serialized?

Investigational products are generally excluded from commercial serialization mandates such as the EU FMD and U.S. DSCSA. Many sponsors still apply serialization to improve kit accountability, reconciliation and recall readiness. Requirements should always be confirmed for each study and region.

Can serialization support blinded studies?

Identifiers and printed information can be kept free of treatment-arm data so that the blind is protected, with allocation managed in the sponsor's randomisation system.

Can we connect clinical packagers and depots?

Yes. The business-partner model allows sponsors to invite partners by email and exchange identifiers, statuses and aggregation data in a controlled way.

How are movements captured at depots and sites?

Operators scan inbound and outbound shipments with the Movilitas Mobile app on standard iOS and Android devices, and each scan updates the kit record.

Does the same platform support commercial launch?

Yes. Movilitas.Cloud supports commercial serialization and regulatory reporting, so a product can move from clinical supply into commercial markets on the same platform.
