Manages batch traceability and your serialized packaging operations including aggregations. As such it manages your serial number and SSCC repositories and keeps track of the complete lifecycle of your trade items and containers. It can be integrated with your ERP and WMS as well as with your shopfloor operations which can be fully automated or manually supported with label printing. The system integrates CMOs and MAHs in real-time to exchange serial numbers and commissioning details. Finally it supports governmental requirements like EU-FMD, Russian Chestny ZNAK and Indonesian BPOM.
When products are ready to be released to the supply chain the logistic process starts to get products to the end consumers. When products are being serialized and aggregated it will complicate these processes and the existing ERP and WMS are mostly not capable of handling serialized goods. Movilitas.Cloud provides a mobile solution to support warehouses to deal with serialized goods for all their logistic operations.
